Small Fun Super Integrated Thematic Unit

Ideas for a small pick me up, motivational activity.

It is a Small World after all!

 

 
Show Small
First to show their partner 5 different ways of showing the word "small" with their body. Cannot use hands only more than twice! Take this further into dance or drama extension.
Spot Small
Get some pupils to take macro shots (close-ups) of items around the school. Show these on the screen or in a slideshow and see how many they can get right!

Small Hand

 

 

Hands up! Find the person with the smallest little finger in class.. are they also the person with the smallest hand? Investigate some other ideas like this. Here is a series of pictures you can do this with (Common objects around a house)
