Information LiteracyThese cover a range of areas from how to create questions to practical considerations such as email etiquette. We have also developed a full information literacy programme called STEPS. This is similar to BIG 6/ SAUCE/ as a model for the Information Process, but is specifically based around an easy to remember acronym and uses words that children relate to better. STEPS is also supported with a range of downloadable resources and online activities to practise skills. Also check out our Learning and Thinking section which overlaps this area. |
